How does the MAX AI Dispatcher work?

How does Animalmedics work with my regular veterinarian?
We operate as a partner to your vet, not a replacement. Often, a local clinic will realize a pet needs specialized surgery or 24-hour care that they cannot provide. In these cases, we coordinate directly with your vet to "hand off" the patient into our mobile ICU for safe transport to a major hub like UC Davis or other national specialty centers.
Is this service available outside of Northern California?
Yes. While our roots are in Northern California, Animalmedics has expanded to provide nationwide dispatch and transport coordination. Through our AM-COM National Command, we can facilitate ground and air medical logistics for pets across all 50 states.
Will my pet insurance cover the cost of transport?
Most major pet insurance providers (such as Trupanion, Nationwide, and Lemonade) cover emergency stabilization and transport if it is deemed medically necessary. Because we provide detailed telemetry and medical logs from the transport, our documentation often makes the claims process smoother for our clients.
